Fried salmon in creamy sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Stores often sell fish in pieces left over from filleting or cutting steaks; they are significantly cheaper but just as tasty as whole fish. The creamy sauce perfectly enhances the delicate flavor of the finished dish. It can be served with a side of spaghetti, porridge, or mashed potatoes. This is a great alternative to the gravy we're used to. Serve hot.
