Fried fish with tomatoes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use any fish you like for frying with tomatoes. I usually fry hake, but keep in mind that this fish is rather dry, so we'll simmer it with tomatoes afterward. Serve the fish with rice or buckwheat. See the recipe below. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the fish, clean it, then salt and pepper it. Brush it with olive oil, and you can lightly sprinkle it with lemon juice.
- 2
Step 2

Sear the fish over high heat on both sides (you can add ginger) until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
- 3
Step 3

Set the fish aside. Now let's work on the tomatoes.
- 4
Step 4

Lightly sauté the tomatoes (if you have garlic, don't hesitate to add it). Then pour in the broth (chicken broth works best).
- 5
Step 5

Simmer under the lid for about 3 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Add the flour and mix well. You can place the fish into the mixture and let it warm through. If the fish is already cooked after frying, simply pour this sauce over it.
- 7
Step 7

Garnish the ready fried fish with tomatoes and herbs.
