Fried fish with vegetables
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Buy fish—your choice of fish is up to you; I'll be cooking crucian carp. Gut it, rinse, cut into pieces. Sprinkle with spices, add salt, and let it marinate while you chop the vegetables. I recommend frying the fish and vegetables simultaneously in separate pans. Dredge the fish pieces in flour and fry in oil over medium heat for 10–12 minutes (depending on the size and thickness of the pieces). Fry the vegetables in oil until tender. Combine the fish and vegetables before serving. Serve hot.
