Fried fish in a pan
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Pan-fried fish according to my recipe is very simple yet original dish. Unlike regular fried fish, we prepare a very interesting and unusual sauce that will surely appeal to many connoisseurs and lovers of delicacies with an Eastern touch. The sweet and sour sesame sauce will give the fish a unique flavor. Try it yourself—you'll definitely be satisfied. Good luck! Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Gut the fish and remove the scales (you can leave the head, tail, and fins).

Step 2

Prepare the fish coating. To do this, mix flour, oregano, nutmeg, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Coat the fish in breadcrumbs and place it in a frying pan with olive oil. Don't skimp on the oil. Fry the fish over medium heat, turning it several times.

While the fish is frying, prepare the sauce. In a convenient container, mix the juice of half a lime or lemon, add fish sauce, soy sauce, grated ginger, and grated horseradish. Add one teaspoon each of sugar, sesame seeds, olive oil, and Tabasco sauce. Mix everything well.
