Description
The recipe won't take much time. I was captivated by its simplicity and truly exquisite taste and aroma. Moreover, I like that this dish can definitely be considered diet-friendly. You can omit the butter, but it adds a pleasant aroma, so I used it. Serve hot.

On the stove, melt the butter and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Season the fish with salt and pepper, and fry each fillet until golden brown on both sides.

Remove the fish, and in the remaining oil, sauté the chopped onion and garlic until golden brown. Then pour in the wine.

Then add lemon zest and juice, capers, and chopped herbs. Simmer the sauce until the liquid has almost completely evaporated.
