Fried chicken in mushroom sauce

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes. Then place the skillet in the oven and bake the chicken for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in the same skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion for 1 minute. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes. Stir in the vinegar and flour, mix well, and cook for 1 minute. Add chopped parsley. Simmer the mixture over low heat, stirring, until thickened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the sauce with the chicken, garnished with parsley sprigs. The dish is ready to be served.
