Fried chicken breaded with pretzels

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Place the flour in a bowl and set aside. Beat the eggs in another bowl. Mix crushed salted pretzels, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper, and paprika in a third bowl. Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry with a paper towel. Carefully coat the chicken breasts in flour, shaking off any excess. Dip them into the beaten eggs, then into the pretzel mixture with seasonings. Place the breaded chicken breasts onto a plate. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the breaded chicken breasts for 5–7 minutes per side, until golden brown and the juices run clear. Serve the dish immediately.
