Heat the pan to 200°F. Poke holes in the sausages with a toothpick.

Sauté the sausage over medium heat. Add a little beer.

Pour in, bring to a boil.

Cover with a lid, leaving a small gap for steam to escape. Cook for 5 minutes.

Remove the lid and continue cooking.

When the beer has boiled off...

Pour half a glass of beer back into the pan. Use a wooden spatula to scrape the bottom.

Add the bacon pieces. Fry, then add the onion and garlic.
