Fried potatoes with garlic

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Potatoes and garlic are usually available in every home. From them, you can always make an inexpensive yet tasty and filling dinner. I really enjoy fried potatoes with kefir or sour cream. I usually also open a jar of pickled cucumbers. Such a simple dinner delights my family as well. The ready dish can be served at the table.
