Fried potatoes with bacon
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This method of cooking potatoes will be perfect if you happen to have some boiled potatoes left over that you couldn't use in another dish. You can replace the bacon with sausage or even hot dogs—the result will be just as delicious. I recommend using plenty of hard cheese, as it gives the potatoes a creamy flavor. I also suggest baking the potatoes instead of boiling them, so they turn out firmer. However, this will take more time. The finished dish is ready to be served.
