Fried flounder with capers
Description
If you're not particularly fond of flounder, you can substitute it with your favorite white fish. The dish turns out rich in flavor and aroma from the capers, which themselves make an excellent side dish, while the resulting juice serves as a ready-made sauce. Serve the fish with boiled or baked potatoes—and you won't be able to tear yourself away! Delicious—give it a try!
