Fried beef fillet (juicy meat with medium doneness)
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Instead of regular mustard, I tried using a filling of whole-grain mustard and pomegranate sauce on other pieces. The taste is brighter and more intense. I really liked it. In all versions of the filling, I used shrimp. A delightful combination! This piece should be eaten hot or warm, just like all medium-cooked meat. Delicious!! The finished dish can now be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Main ingredients: beef tenderloin and shrimp. The shrimp need to be peeled.
- 2
Step 2

Cut off about 10 cm of meat from a piece of non-working muscle (tenderloin), moisten the cutting board with water, and cover it with plastic wrap for pounding.
- 3
Step 3

Neatly pound the meat on one side, increasing its diameter 4-5 times, turning it figuratively into a pancake. Season the top part with salt.
- 4
Step 4

Visually divide the piece into two equal parts, spread mustard on one half, and place shrimp on top. I also really like using grainy mustard with pomegranate sauce instead of regular mustard. Close the sandwich with the other half.
- 5
Step 5

Heat the pan thoroughly and fry for 30-60 seconds on each side in vegetable oil (I also added butter). Sprinkle a little salt on one side, then flip and sprinkle the meat with black pepper.

Step 6

Beef steak is ready!
