
Fried beef liver
Description
Include offal dishes in your menu more often—they are tasty, economical, and healthy. For example, liver is rich in iron, which is essential for the human body. In this recipe, you can replace half of the butter with vegetable oil, and the lemon juice with white table wine.

Wash the beef liver, remove the membrane and veins, and cut into thin small pieces.

Peel the onion, rinse it, and cut into thin strips.

In a skillet, melt 50 grams of butter, add onion, and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then pour in 100 ml of water and cook for 15 minutes, until the onion becomes very soft and the liquid has completely evaporated. In another skillet, over high heat, melt the remaining butter, add the liver, and sauté (without salt) for 5–6 minutes.

Transfer the fried onion to the liver.

Mix, season with salt, heat the dish, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
