Step 1

1. The recipe for fried beef in a multicooker has several secrets. One of them is choosing the meat itself. It's best to select a fresh piece, preferably a shoulder cut. You can cut the meat into portion-sized pieces if desired, but in this case, I suggest cooking it whole. The meat should be thoroughly washed and dried.

2. The second secret of this dish is the marinade. To prepare it, first make a spice mix. Combine a pinch of salt, a mixture of peppers (black, pink, paprika, etc.), and your favorite dried herbs. Thoroughly mix everything in a mortar.

3. To prepare the marinade, mix mustard, dry white wine, and a little vegetable oil (preferably olive oil). Add spices and place the meat into the marinade. Let it sit for 30–40 minutes.

4. Place the marinated meat into the multicooker. Add a sprig of rosemary. Pour the entire marinade on top and set the Baking mode. The beef will cook for about 60-75 minutes.

5. When the beef fried in a multicooker at home is ready, the meat can be served. The marinade in which the meat was cooked can be served as well, if desired—it will make an excellent sauce. This beef goes well with any side dish and fresh vegetables.
