Fried beef with vegetables
Description
Stir-fried beef with vegetables is a great dish for lunch or dinner. The vegetables prepared this way retain their juiciness and shape, while the meat has a distinct oriental flavor. There's no need to add salt, as we're using soy sauce. Rice wine can be substituted with sherry.
