Description

This recipe won't take much time. Brussels sprouts are a healthy, crispy side dish for any meal. They're ready in just minutes. Wash the sprouts, cut them into pieces (if the heads are large or medium-sized), and fry them in a pan in olive oil. At the start of frying, add lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Serve with greens and sauce.
