1. In a separate bowl, sift the flour. Add sugar, salt, and yeast to it. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add warm water and knead the dough. The focaccia dough is similar to pizza dough. Leave it in a warm place for an hour until it rises.

2. Slice the olives into rings. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Now prepare the fragrant oil. Finely chop the garlic. In a separate bowl pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add the garlic and rosemary. Grind the entire mixture in a mortar.

3. Grease the baking pan with butter and lay the dough in it. Spread the dough across the entire pan. Generously brush the dough with fragrant oil.
