Description

The recipe won’t take much time. For kneading the dough, you can confidently use a bread machine or a stand mixer with the right attachments. You can use milk instead of water; both dry and fresh yeast will work. It goes well with tea or coffee.

    Prepare the ingredients.

    Add dry yeast and 65 grams of flour to warm water (60 ml).

    Mix and cover the sponge with plastic food wrap. Place it in a warm spot for 10–15 minutes.

    Then remove the film.

    Pour in the remaining warm water.

    Knead the dough and leave it in a warm place for an hour.

    Shape the baguette by simply stretching the dough. Place it on the baking sheet right away.
