Description
Italian crackers will grace any table. They are incredibly good—fragrant, tasty, and crisp. You can experiment with toppings: for example, make crackers with a cheese filling, with chopped olives or capers—there’s plenty of room for imagination. Prepare the ingredients.

Mix water (135 ml) and olive oil (90 ml).

Mix the dry ingredients (flour, salt, yeast).

Add the dry ingredients to the oil-and-water mixture and knead the dough.

Gather the dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and place in a warm spot to rise for 2 hours.

Prepare various toppings for crackers—for example, chop sun-dried tomatoes and basil.
