You can experiment with toppings: for example, make crackers with a cheese filling, with chopped olives or capers—there’s plenty of room for imagination. Follow the step-by-step recipe and add your own twist. The result won’t disappoint. You can serve them with tea or coffee.

    Prepare the ingredients.

    Mix water (135 ml) and olive oil (90 ml).

    Mix the dry ingredients (flour, salt, yeast).

    Add the dry ingredients to the oil-and-water mixture and knead the dough.
