Italian crispbreads
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. These crackers are like a memory of beloved Italy, which I have had the chance to visit many times. In them I combined everything I love: Parmesan, olive oil, basil, and love for Italy. There can be many variations of the crackers; instead of tomatoes you can add chopped olives, use a blend of dried Italian herbs, everything depends on your imagination. I share the core of the recipe in step‑by‑step instructions. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
