Italian casserole
Description
The baking is simple and quick. For making the Italian casserole, it's best to use medium-sized pasta, as it will hold together better. You can add your favorite spices and herbs if desired. Basil and rosemary work perfectly. You can use any cheese, as long as it melts well; I prefer mozzarella. Serve with tea or coffee.
