Italian pizza
Description
Homemade baking for tea. In the recipe, the ingredients for the dough are calculated for 2 large pizzas, while the topping is only for one. Therefore, you can make any other pizza from the remaining dough. The main rule of a "Four Cheese" pizza is that the cheeses should differ in flavor and texture. Mozzarella must always be present; it is the base. Choose the other cheeses at your discretion—blue cheese works especially well; possible cheeses include: Gorgonzola piccante, goat cheese, Tilsiter.
