Italian lasagna
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can add your favorite spices to the meat filling. Of course, basil is ideal for lasagna, but other herbs can also give the dish a unique aroma and flavor. I use ready-made tomato sauce for lasagna, but you can make it yourself from fresh tomatoes, onion, vegetable oil, and a mix of peppers. You can add carrots and red sweet bell pepper to the homemade sauce. The finished dish is ready to be served.
Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the béchamel sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the flour in it, stirring constantly. Then gradually pour in all the milk and bring to a boil over low heat. Cook the sauce for about 15 minutes until it reaches a fairly thick consistency.

Step 2

Now prepare the meat. Place the ground meat in a frying pan with vegetable oil and break it up. Finely chop the onion and add it to the meat. Sauté the meat until partially cooked, then add the tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper, and simmer until fully cooked, about 15 minutes.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Pour a few tablespoons of béchamel sauce into a baking dish. Then place several lasagna sheets on the bottom. Put the meat filling on top of the pasta, sprinkle with some Parmesan, then add a few spoonfuls of béchamel sauce.

Step 4

Gradually assemble all the layers of lasagna in the same way. Spread the top layer with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan. Let the lasagna stand for about 15 minutes, then bake it in the oven. Baking time is 25 minutes.
