
Italian focaccia with rosemary
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. There are many variations of this flatbread. It can be made with or without filling, using yeast or unleavened dough, and can be either sweet or savory. The main ingredients are flour, water, and high-quality olive oil, while the rest are optional additions to taste. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. Mix the yeast with 70 milliliters of warm water and let it sit for 10 minutes. Pour the remaining cold water into a large bowl and add the olive oil.
