Italian Fiorella
Description
It goes perfectly with tea and coffee. Delicate and very tasty, fiorella will be a great substitute for an ordinary cottage cheese casserole. Use soft cottage cheese, without lumps, or rub it through a sieve or blend with an immersion blender. Orange syrup will make it sweeter and give it a gentle citrus aroma and flavor. If you use the finest semolina, fiorella will resemble a sponge cake. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
