    Sift the flour with salt. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add honey, stir, and let stand for 10 minutes. Make a well in the flour, pour the milk mixture into it, then add olive oil and egg. Knead thoroughly to form a soft and elastic dough. Transfer the dough to a deep bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 1 hour.

    Prepare the filling. Melt the butter in a skillet, add chopped apples, nuts, and cinnamon. Simmer together for 5 minutes. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and roll each part into a thin sheet. Brush each sheet with the remaining butter. Place the filling in the center, then roll the dough into a long sausage shape and coil it into a spiral (round roll). Place the buns onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let the buns rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
