Here is a recipe for chicken paella that will delight everyone. Delicious and nutritious, it will impress your guests and become a frequent dish on your table. Preparing paella at home is not difficult at all. The ingredients are easily available. The best part is that it actually tastes even better the second day after cooking.

    1. Soak the rice. Dice the onion and carrot into small cubes. Take bell peppers of several colors and finely chop them. Sauté the onion in a pan with heated oil, then add the carrots and sweet peppers. Place a whole unpeeled garlic clove in the center of the pan, chop the parsley and add it to the vegetables. Add the chopped chicken to the pan as well. Simmer everything for 8–10 minutes. Then add tomato passed through a sieve or meat grinder.

    2. Pre-soaked rice should be added to the other ingredients a couple of minutes after the tomatoes. After the rice, add corn and green peas to the pan.

    3. Add the sausage cut into pieces to the ingredients in the skillet. Pour in hot broth seasoned with turmeric. Cover with a lid, wrapping the lid in a towel. Simmer over low heat for no more than 20 minutes.

    4. Remove the cooked paella from the heat. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with finely chopped parsley and minced garlic.
