Icelandic fish balls

Description
The recipe won't take much time. Traditional Icelandic fish balls are small patties made from fish mince with added bacon and potato. These balls are fried in deep oil. The result is very tasty and unusual! Be sure to try making them. Serve hot.

Boil the potatoes in their skins, then peel and grate them on a fine grater; chop the bacon.

Grind the fish with 1 onion using a blender or meat grinder until smooth.

Add 1 egg, bacon, and potatoes. Mix everything together. Don't forget to season with salt and pepper.

With wet hands, make small balls.

Dip first in egg, then in flour mixed with breadcrumbs.

Fry in boiling oil over low heat until golden brown.
