Ishleki
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Ishlyaki are incredibly easy to prepare. Even a beginner cook can knead the dough. I love this pie because it simply cannot turn out badly. According to the classic recipe, the filling includes not only ground beef, but also onion and raw potato. I recommend preparing it exactly this way, as the result is an incredibly juicy and flavorful filling. Read my recipe below. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
