Irish breakfast
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This hearty, high-calorie breakfast will satisfy your hunger from morning until late evening—which is exactly what you need in constantly cold conditions, especially if you work outdoors. You are free to change or substitute some ingredients, but keep the main components unchanged: beans, sausages, scrambled eggs, potato bread, and bacon. The finished dish can now be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. They can be supplemented with blood sausage, offal pâtés, etc.
- 2
Step 2

Heat a frying pan and fry the raw or smoked-salted bacon, sausages on both sides. Remove the meat products onto a plate, but do not wash the pan!
- 3
Step 3

Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and crack the chicken eggs into it. Fry over medium heat for about 2–3 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny—this is fried "sunny-side up" eggs. Season with salt after turning off the heat.

Step 4

Place the beans in tomato sauce and potato bread on a plate. Rinse the tomato, remove the core, slice into rings, and add to the beans.
- 5
Step 5

Place a two-egg fried egg, fried sausages, and bacon on a plate.
- 6
Step 6

When serving, sprinkle the dish with chopped green onions and serve it hot!
