
Irish Oat Bread
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Preparing this bread is very simple. There is no need for yeast, so you don't have to wait for the dough to rise. All you need to do is mix the ingredients, and soon you'll be enjoying healthy baked treats. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. Grind whole grains and oatmeal in a blender until a fine crumb forms. Mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda with the ground grains and oats.

2. Add the butter, yogurt or kefir to the dry mixture and knead the dough. If there is not enough moisture for the flour to come together, add a little milk. The dough should turn out smooth.

3. Carefully knead the dough on a work surface, shape it into a ball, and transfer it to a baking pan. Make two crosswise cuts with a sharp knife and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
