Irish bread
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Ireland is a unique northern country with a harsh climate. The Irish people have many interesting traditions, including their national bread-making customs. These potato pancakes have become a wonderful hit in my family :) My husband often takes them as a snack, and my son enjoys them in the morning with a cup of tea. Try making Irish "Fadge" bread for your loved ones. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
