Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can prepare the caramels in a multicooker using the "Baking" mode. This mode heats the multicooker bowl to 122°C. This ingredient set yields 24 caramels. All details included. Serve chilled.

Weigh the required ingredients.

In the bowl of a multicooker, combine sugar, liquid honey, and sour cream. Turn on the multicooker in "Baking" mode (up to 122 °C) for 30 minutes.

As soon as the mixture comes to a boil, stir occasionally with a silicone spatula or whisk. Soon the mixture will begin to change color to caramel.

Add a pinch of salt to enhance the sweet flavor of the candies. Test the candy readiness by forming a hard ball: drop a drop of caramel mixture into cold water; it should form a pliable ball.

Quickly pour the sweet mixture into silicone ice cube molds. Let the candies cool in the molds at room temperature, then place them in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours.
