Raspberry Yogurt Cake
Description
The baking is simple and quick. Lately, I've come to love homemade yogurt cakes more and more. They're a great way to enjoy something sweet while keeping a good figure. Of course, yogurt cakes do contain calories... But not nearly as many as other types of cakes! I absolutely adore raspberries, which inspired me to create this cake. The baking is done. Serve it at the table.

Step 1

Pass the shortbread cookies through a meat grinder or food processor. Alternatively, you can crush them by hand. Add the butter with condensed milk to the resulting crumbs.

Step 2

Pour cold water over the gelatin and leave for half an hour. It should swell well and increase in volume two or even three times.

Step 3

Mix the cookie mixture until smooth. Place sliced banana on top. Refrigerate.

Step 4

Whip the cream with sugar. Add chopped peaches, raspberries, natural yogurt, lemon juice, and melted gelatin.

Step 5

Mix the creamy-fruit mixture and pour it over the biscuit base. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, decorate the cake with almonds and berries.
