Yogurt desserts

Description

The recipe won't take much time. You can prepare the pastries in a pan. My pan size is 26x11x7 cm. If your pan is a different size or square, it's not a problem—the layers will just be thinner, but you'll get more pieces. Besides the pan, you'll need plastic wrap to easily remove the dessert before slicing. The whole process won't take long; the main thing is to chill each layer thoroughly. See all the details in the recipe, try it out, and share your comments. You can serve it with tea or coffee.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for the dessert.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Step 2

In a bowl, combine melted butter, warm water, sugar, and oats. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

Grease the baking pan and spread the future base for the dessert. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Step 4

Bake for 15 minutes. Let both the mold and the cake base cool.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Step 5

Add sugar and gelatin to the water (for the yogurt layer). Let it sit for 5 minutes, during which the gelatin will swell.

  6. 6

    Step 6

    Step 6

Remove the base, line the mold with plastic wrap, and put the base for the dessert back in place.

  7. 7

    Step 7

    Step 7

Place the swollen gelatin in the microwave for 1-2 minutes to warm it up and dissolve; do not bring to a boil. Pour the gelatin into the yogurt and immediately mix well.

  8. 8

    Step 8

    Step 8

Pour the cake base with the yogurt layer. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  9. 9

    Step 9

    Step 9

While the yogurt layer is setting, prepare the peach jelly. Pour 300 ml of boiling water into the package of jelly. Stir. The package instructions say to use 400 ml of liquid, but in summer it's better to reduce the amount of water, plus this helps better secure the fruit. Cool the jelly to room temperature.

  10. 10

    Step 10

    Step 10

Once the yogurt layer is stable, you can proceed with the fruits. Wash the peaches, remove the pits, and slice them thinly. If the peaches are firm, they should be blanched and peeled so the dessert can be sliced smoothly. Arrange the slices on top of the yogurt layer.

  11. 11

    Step 11

    Step 11

Carefully pour the gelatin over the fruit using a tablespoon. Do not pour all the gelatin at once, otherwise the peaches will float to the surface. Pour just a few tablespoons of gelatin and return to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  12. 12

    Step 12

    Step 12

Pour the third layer completely with peach jelly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  13. 13

    Step 13

    Step 13

Carefully remove the dessert using plastic wrap and cut into pieces.

  14. 14

    Step 14

    Step 14

The pastry is ready. Serve with tea.
