
Yogurt in a Thermos
Description

Warm the walls of the thermos by pouring in a little boiling water and shaking it around inside. Then pour it out.

In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat to 40°C. Once heated, remove from the heat.

Pour a little milk into the bottle with the starter culture, close it, and shake until smooth and the bacteria have dissolved.

Pour the cultures into the milk, mix everything well, and transfer everything to a thermos. Close the lid, wrap it up, and leave to culture for 6 hours. Then place the thermos somewhere cool for 2 hours.
