Description
The recipe won't take much time. As a starter, you can use special dry bacteria, which should be added to slightly warm milk. Store-bought yogurt is quite a good alternative, although the result will depend on its quality. Making yogurt at home in a Polaris multicooker is pure pleasure. Serve chilled.
