Yogurt in a multicooker without jars
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. Homemade yogurt is much healthier than store-bought versions. It can easily be given to children with sweet additives, with baked goods, or on an empty stomach. The protein in cow's milk is already broken down in the product, so there will be no allergies in children. The drink is ready to serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. For the starter, use a plain classic yogurt without additives.
- 2
Step 2

Pour the milk into the multicooker bowl, set the "Soup" mode on the display for 15-20 minutes, and bring the milk to a boil. Then leave the lid open, turn off the multicooker, and cool the liquid down to 30-35 degrees. If the temperature is higher, the yogurt won't ferment properly.
- 3
Step 3

Pour the classic yogurt at room temperature into the milk, stirring thoroughly. Then turn on the yogurt setting of the multicooker for 2-3 hours, but no longer.
- 4
Step 4

Remove the bowl from the multicooker and let the yogurt cool. Then cover the container with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours, or preferably overnight. By morning, the yogurt will be ready, and condensation will have formed on the plastic wrap.

Step 5

The dairy product will have a loose texture, light and delicious.

Step 6

The milk drink will have a delicate taste. It can be added to oatmeal and other cereals for breakfast, used in desserts, or served with cookies, berries, and fruits. To serve, pour the yogurt into dessert glasses, bowls, or cups.
