
Yogurt with chia seeds
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. For homemade yogurt, milk with a fat content between 3.2% and 6% is best. Honey may cause a strong allergic reaction, so be cautious or replace it with sugar or thick syrup. Serve the yogurt with chia seeds, accompanied by berries or fruits. The ready dessert can now be served.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making chia seed yogurt.

Bring the milk to a boil, then remove from heat and cool until warm. Add natural yogurt and mix well.

Transfer the prepared mixture into a glass jar, cover with a lid, and wrap with a warm towel. Leave in a warm place for 10–12 hours to ferment.

Add honey, chia seeds, mix well and refrigerate for 10-12 hours. Then portion out and serve.
