
Yogurt with fruits and berries in a multicooker

1. First, you need to sterilize the jars before using them. You can do this in a microwave, for example.

2. Warm the milk. If you are unsure about its quality, it's better to bring it to a boil and then cool it down.

3. Before adding the starter culture, measure the milk temperature; it should be 38 degrees. Add the starter culture and mix thoroughly.

4. Pour the milk into jars.

5. Line the bottom of the multicooker bowl with a silicone mat or a cloth napkin.

6. Cover the jars (you can make lids from foil), carefully place them into the pot. Pour water at approximately 37-38 degrees Celsius into the bottom. Close the lid and select the Yogurt program.

7. Place the finished yogurt in the refrigerator for about 4 hours to reach the desired consistency. Before serving, place chopped banana, fresh raspberries, strawberries, or other berries of your choice into a jar.
