Raspberry Yogurt
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The easiest way to make it is to buy natural thick yogurt, but if you prefer homemade versions, the recipe for raspberry yogurt should start from the very beginning—with making the yogurt itself. 1. First, gently warm the milk and add the "Yogurt" starter culture. 2. Stir carefully and pour the mixture into the cups of a yogurt maker. If you don't have a special device, an ordinary thermos will work just as well, as it also maintains temperature effectively. 3. Depending on the power, season, and other factors, the yogurt will need to ferment from 8 to 12 hours. 4. Wash the berries, dry them, and mash. You can blend them in a blender until smooth. If the raspberries aren't sweet enough, add a little sugar or powdered sugar. Set aside a few berries for garnish. 5. Mix the finished yogurt with the raspberry puree, stirring gently. 6. That's it—homemade natural raspberry yogurt is ready! Serve it in small glasses, decorated with fresh berries and mint leaves, for example. This is an excellent option for a healthy breakfast for both children and adults. The finished dessert is ready to be served.
