
Goat milk yogurt
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The mild-tasting yogurt made from goat's milk is perfect for those with lactose intolerance. It can be given to children from 1 year of age, adding sweeteners or syrups, berry or fruit preserves, jam. The product's shelf life is 2 days. The ready dessert can now be served.

Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use yogurt made from fermented goat milk, store-bought such as "Activia," but without additives, or yogurt starter culture.

Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then turn off the heat and cool the milk to 30 degrees. Add the salt and stir.

Mix the chosen yogurt into the warm liquid. Stir very thoroughly, or even better, whisk it until it dissolves completely in the milk.

Pour the resulting mixture into glasses or cups.

Cover with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature (at least 22°C) for 3–4 hours, then transfer to the refrigerator. The thickness of the yogurt will directly depend on the starter culture or the yogurt you mix into the milk.

After 2-3 hours, the yogurt will thicken and be ready to serve. Serve it with oatmeal, berries, or fruits.
