Interesting Hot Dog
Description
A tasty snack for any gathering. The special feature of this hot dog is that the sausage is stuffed, then wrapped in bacon and grilled (you can also cook it in the oven or in a pan). You can also add other familiar ingredients, such as: mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise. You can make different fillings for the sausage, and these hot dogs are best eaten right away, while they're still hot.

1. Mix the mustard and ketchup. In another bowl, mix the sauerkraut and chopped onion. Take long sausages and make a slit from one end to the other, without cutting all the way through. Spread with the mustard and ketchup mixture, and place thin slices of cheese inside.

2. Fill the top of the sausage with a mixture of sauerkraut and onion.

3. Wrap the sausage along its entire length with one slice of bacon so the filling does not fall out.

4. Secure the bacon with toothpicks so it does not fall apart.

5. Place the sausages on a preheated grill and cook for several minutes, turning each one.

6. Grill the buns, then remove the toothpicks. Place the sausages inside the buns and serve the hot dog immediately.
