Fig mustard
Description
The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. The bright, piquant flavor of mustard can be enhanced and enriched with new taste notes by adding figs. The sauce will have a sweet-and-bitter taste, perfect for serving with roasted fatty meats, shashlik, chicken, or duck. Store the sauce in the refrigerator for about 1 week. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
