Indian curry
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This is just one version of curry, though there are many possible variations. Besides meat or chicken, you can prepare shrimp, vegetables, or beans in the same way. The spices and coconut milk are what give the dish its distinctive flavor. If you can't find coconut milk, try substituting it with natural yogurt and vegetable broth. Serve the curry with rice. The dish is ready to be served.
