Indian breakfast
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. Indian breakfast parathas are traditionally made from coarse flour or semolina. If you're not experienced with working with coarse flour dough, it might be difficult at first to roll it out without tearing, so that it remains as elastic as possible. I'd also like to point out that stuffed flatbreads are cooked in ghee (clarified butter). If you don't consume animal products, feel free to substitute the butter with vegetable oil. Serve with tea or coffee.
