Indian Naan
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The only thing all housewives agree on is that naan is a round flatbread. Otherwise, there are variations—yeast and non-yeast dough, with yogurt added, etc. Traditionally, naan is baked in a special oven, but you can also use a hot, preheated skillet. Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.
