
Indian samosas with potatoes and peas

Prepare all the ingredients.

Sift the flour into a deep bowl. Add salt and vegetable oil and mix. Rub the mixture until it resembles crumbs.

Gradually pour in the water and knead the dough.

Roll the dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for 30 minutes.

For the filling, sauté yellow onion diced into small cubes until translucent. Add ground spices, finely chopped ginger root, and garlic. Cook everything together for 1 minute.

Add diced boiled potatoes and green peas. Season with salt and pepper. Fry everything together for 3–5 minutes. Then let the filling cool.

Punch down the dough, divide it into 10 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.

Roll out each ball, cut it in half.
