Description

Delicious pastries for the whole family. Below I will explain in more detail how to make Indian samosas. As a filling, you can also use boiled potatoes mashed into a puree, boiled lentils, and peas. It is best to add all spices to taste, and cilantro can be replaced with parsley. The pies turn out spicy, aromatic, and very tasty! Samosas go perfectly with "Chutney" or "Raita" sauces. The pastries are ready. Serve to the table.
