Indian pastries with marshmallow and chocolate

30 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Homemade pastries for tea. Indian samosas with marshmallow and chocolate filling. Filo dough is used for the pastries, which can be purchased at the supermarket and must be stored in the refrigerator. It's very light and thin dough. For the filling, we also use ready-made ingredients: marshmallows and chocolate. You can use dark or white chocolate, depending on your preference. The pastries are fried in deep oil, using a saucepan or a deep fryer. This amount of ingredients yields five pastries, although you can adjust the filling quantity to your liking. Try making these pastries—you won't regret it!
